The flowers were left outside and no one called to let Frances know they were there. This resulted in the flowers being out in the heat for 5 hours before we called her to let her know they were there. Someone should have called her. ---- Florist's Response: We’re truly sorry for the way this was handled. The flowers should never have been left outside without notifying Frances, and we completely understand how disappointing it must have been to find them after they had been sitting in the heat for five hours. This was an important delivery, and we regret that our team didn’t follow through with a call as they should have. Please know we’re taking this seriously and will make sure steps are taken to prevent something like this from happening again.
